PLACING UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES SUCH PORTION OR PORTIONS OF THE CAMP PARANG MILITARY RESERVATION AS HAVE BEEN RETAINED FOR MILITARY PURPOSES SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Notwithstanding previous orders to the contrary and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, do hereby place under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces ofthe Philippines, such portion or portions of the Camp Parang Military Reservation as have been retained for military purposes, situated in the municipality of Parang, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao.
The portion containing 899.1001 hectares which has been reserved for townsite purposes under Proclamation No. 132, series of 1949, shall be excepted from the operation hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
