RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BALANGBANG AND DAMAG, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MAYOYAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the Public domain, situated in the barrios of Balangbang and Damag, municipal district of Mayoyao, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-107867, to wit:

Lot No. 3.—(Barrio of Balangbang School Site).—A parcel of land (Lot No. 3, Plan Psu-107867, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Balangbang, municipal district of Mayoyao, Mountain Province (subprovince of Ifugao), island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., by the property of Felix Liwayan and Bat-tit River; on the NE., by the properties of Carlos Winsagan and the Roman Catholic Church; on the SE. and S., by the property of Chawana; on the SW., by the property of Ahinchin; and on the W., by property of Naticho. Beginning at a point marked "1"on plan, being S. 69° 04′ E., 14,273.87 m. from B. L. Triangulation Station, Mt. Amuyao; thence S. 53° 42’ E., 18.82 m. to point "2"; thence S. 35° 31 W., 99.21 m. to point "3"; thence N. 85° 52’ W., 57.33 m. to point "4"; thence N. 39° 49′ W., 54.80 m. to point "5"; thence N. 16° 49’ E., 30.83 m. to point "6"; thence N. 13° 55’ W., 37.88 m. to point "7"; thence N. 66° 03’ E., 39.60 m. to point "8"; thence N. 89° 09′ E., 28.05 m. to point "9": thence N. 80° 53′ E., 66.12 m. to point "10";. thence S. 8° 10′ E., 38.74 m. to point "11"; thence S. 5° 16′ W., 8.93 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of fourteen thousand nine hundred twenty-six square meters (14,926) more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and in the ground; points "1", "2" and "5" are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments, 15 x 15 x 60 cm.; point "3". by a nail in "X" on pine tree; point "4" by nail in "X" on tumpo tree; point "6", by nail in "X" on anap tree; points "7", "8", "9" and "10" by P. L. S on boulder, 80 x 80 x 80 cms.; and point "11", by nail in "X" on anap tree; bearings true; declination 0° 48′ E.; date of survey, May 4-9, 19.38 and March 2, 1939, and that of the approval, June 6, 1939.

Lot No. 4.(Barrio of Damag School Site.)—A parcel of land (Lot No. 4, plan Psu-107867, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Damag, municipal district of Mayoyao. Mountain Province (subprovince of Ifugao), isaland of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. and E. by property of Pankihan; on the SW., by the properties of Nabalnag and Yo-han; and on the NW., by public land (Ban-o-chan and Imay-ho, occupant) and creek (no name). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 88° 37′ E., 20,014.29 m., more or less, from B. L. Triangulation Station, Mount Amuyao; thence N. 77° 16′ W., 153.30 m. to point "2"; thence N. 56° 57′ W., 104.59 m. to point "3"; thence N. 40° 05′ E., 188.81 m. to point "4"; thence N. 59° 33′ E., 75.05 m. to point "5"; thence S. 32° 09′ E., 78.45 m. to point "6"; thence S. 2° 33′ E., 207.12 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of thirty-nine thousand two hundred sixty-three square meters (39,263), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and in the ground are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments, 15 x 15 x 60 cms.; bearings true; declination 0° 48′ E.; date of survey May 4-9, 1938, and March 2, 1939; and that of the approval, June 6, 1939.
