Proclamation No. 574

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BANOCBOC, MUNICIPALITY OF INDAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, ISLAND OF CALAGUAS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Banocboc, municipality of Indan, Province of Camarines Norte, island of Calaguas, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-109378, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-109378, being S. 83° 51′ W., 56.47 m. (more or less) from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Banocboc, municipality of Indan, thence N. 50° 18′ E., 119.82 m. to point "2"; thence S. 38° 10′ E., 62.90 m. to point "3"; thence S. 49° 24′ W., 103.34 m. to point "4"; thence S. 50° 46′ W., 38.23 m. to point "5" thence N. 37° 34′ W., 65.52 m. to point "6"; thence N. 53° 46′ E., 21.01 m. to the point of beginning.

Bounded on the northeast by Labog Kiver; on the southeast, by the municipal government of Indan (Banocboc barrio site); on the southwest, by Pacific Ocean; and on the northwest, by property of Andres Galicia.

Containing an area of nine thousand thirty (9,030) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1", "2", "3" and "4", are P. L. S. cylindrical concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm.; point "5", by nail driven on cross on doñgon tree about 20 cm. in diameter and point "6", by nail on cross on pagatpat tree about 15 cm. in diameter.

Bearings true; declination 0° 48′ E.
