RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LESSEB, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BAUKO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Lesseb, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108808, to wit:
A parcel of land (Plan Psu-108808, G. L R. O. Rec. No. ), situated in the barrio of Lesseb, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province (Subprovince of Bontoc). island of Luzon. Bounded on the northeast, by creek (no name) and public land on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by public land and property of Docmey; and on the northwest, by creek (no name). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 26° 55′ E., 5,039.11 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No 1. Mpl. Dist, of Bauko; thence N. 75° 51′ E., 62.35 m. to point "2′"; thence S. 43° 55’ E., 44.81 m. to point "3"; thence N. 69° 13′ E., 25.01 m. to point "4"; thence S. 33° 14′ E., 48.77 m. to point "6"; thence S. 59°23′ W., 103,38 m. to point "7"; thence N. 28° 46’ W., 46.31 m. to point "8"; thence N. 29° 03’ W., 63.16 m. to point "9"; thence N. 30° 18’ W., 55.96 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of thirteen thousand six hundred fifty-one square meters (13,651), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1", "2", "3", "4", "6","7" and "9" are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments; points "3" and "5," by nails in crosses on pine trees and point "8", by boulder marked "X"; bearings true declination 0° 46’ E.; date of the survey, April 11, 1938 and May 20, 1939; and that of the approval, October 16, 1939.
