Proclamation No. 503

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 448, DATED FEBRUARY 25, 1932 AND RESERVING FOR CONSTABULARY PURPOSES, THREE (3) PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Four hundred and forty-eight, dated February twenty-five, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, and reserve for constabulary purposes under the administration of the Chief of the Philippine Constabulary, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of land situated in the City of Davao, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16094, to wit:

Lot No.. 433.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16094, S. 20° 14′ E. 384.64 m., more or less, from monument No. 19, Davao Townsite, thence N. 11° 54′ W. 36.98 m. to point 2; N. 53° 10′ £. 32.71 m. tc point 3; S. 18° 23′ W. 58.79 m. to point 1, point of beginning-Containing an area of 0.0548 hectare.

Points 1 and 3, P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments; point 2, old stake.

Bounded on the southeast by street; on the southwest, by lot No. 69 (Lot No. 1, 11-3460) ; and on the northwest, by lot No. 64.

Lot No. 457.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16094, S. 33° 50′ E. 447.20 m., more or less, from monument No. 19, Davao Townsite, thence S. 50° 24′ W. 55.02 m. to point 2; N. 71° 36′ W. 69.20 m. to point 3; N. 18° 24′ E. 100.45 m. to point 4; N. 25° 13′ E. 7.21 m. to point 5; S. 39° 35′ E. 115.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.6929 hectare.

Point 4, P. L. S./B. L. concrete monument; and the rest are B. P. W./D. C. S. M. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, southeast, southwest and northwest, by lot No. 473-New of plan Bsd-4335-Amd. (street).

Lot No. 458.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16094, S. 34° 01′ E. 462.10 m., more or less, from monument No. 19, Davao Townsite, thence S. 39° 35′ E. 60.00 m. to point 2; S. 68° 15′ W. 37.10 m. to point 3; S. 65° 08′ W. 33.12 m. to point 4; S. 61° 51′ W. 43.61 m. to point 5; S. 58° 42′ W. 37.56 m. to point 6; N. 11° 54′ W. 98.51 m. to point 7; S. 71° 37′ E. 72.02 m. to point 8; N. 50° 25′ E. 63.31 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.7914 hectare.

Points 1, 2, 7 and 8, B. P. W./D. C. S. M. concrete monuments; and the rest are P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 473-New of plan Bsd-4335-Amd. (street) ; on the southeast, by lot No. 475; on the southwest, by lot No. 69 (lot No. 1, 11-3460); and on the northwest, by lot No. 473-New of plan Bsd-4335-Amd. (street).
