MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 497 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF DECALACHAO, BANUANG DAAN AND LONGAON, MUNICIPALITY OF CORON, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLANDS OF BUSUANGA AND CORON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Decalachao, Banuang Daan and Longaon, municipality of Coron, Province of Palawan, islands of Busuanga and Coron, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-412, to wit: Lot No. 1 (barrio of Decalachao, municipality of Coron, Island of Busuanga).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-412, S. 57° 52′ E. 1,444.83 m. more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Calton, municipality of Coron, thence S. 61° 25′ E. 195.66 m. to point 2; S. 25° 38′ "W. 110.78 m. to point 3; N. 61° 32′ W. 196.67 m. to point 4; N. 26° 10′ E. 111.11 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 2.1740 hectares. Points 1, 2, 3 and 4, B. L. cy indrical concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast, southeast, southwest and northwest, by barrio road. Bearings true. "Bancuan," municipality of Coron, thence S. 61° 45′ E. 100.06 m. to point 2; S. 28° 10′ W. 100.01 m. to point 3; N. 61° 38′ W. 100.09 m. to point 4; N. 28° 11′ E. 99.82 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.9999 hectare. All corners are B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments. Bounded on all sides by public land. Bearings true. Declination 1° 16′ E.
