Proclamation No. 469

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF ABAGA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MUMUNGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Abaga, municipal district of Mumungan, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-54187, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-54187, N. 6° 15′ E. 2,672.69 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Mumuñgan, Lanao, thence S. 1° 16′ W. 100.02 m. to point 2; west 150.00 m. to point 3; N. 1° 16′ E. 100.02 m. to point 4; east 150.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 15,000 square meters.

Points 1, 3, and 4, P. L. S. cylindrical concrete monuments; point 2, old B. L. cylindrical concrete monument.

Bounded on the north by property of Mc. Michael; on the east, by provincial road; on the south, by property of the American Colony Site claimed by Abundio de Gracia; and on the west, by property of Mc. Michael.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 43′ E.

Points referred to are Tnarked on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-54187.
