MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 462 RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL NURSERY PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BANCURO, MUNICIPALITY OF NAUJAN, PROVINCE OF MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial nursery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bancuro, municipality of Naujan, Province of Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-14329, to wit: Lot No. 4662-B.—A parcel of land (lot No. 4662-B of the subdivision plan Psd-14329, being a portion of lot No. 4662 of the cadastral survey of Naujan, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 1961), situated in the barrio of Bancuro, municipality of Naujan, Province of Mindoro. Bounded on the N. by provincial road; on the SE., by road; and on the NW., by lot No. 4662-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 61° 59′ E., 1,413.68 m., more or less, from M. B. M. No. 13, Naujan cadastre No. 200 Ext., thence S. 88° 22′ E., 135.64 m. to point "2;" thence S. 51° 29′ W., 131.27 m. to point "3;" thence S. 50° 01′ W., 201.18 m. to point "4;" thence S. 49° 20′ W., 173.66 m. to point "5;" thence N. 31° 45′ E., 187.49 m. to point "6;" thence N. 31° 43′ E., 199.96 m. to point "7;" thence S. 88° 16′ E., 49.24 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of thirty thousand (30,000) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2," "3," "4," and "5" are marked by old B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments; and points "6" and "7" by P. L. S. cylindrical concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 0° 48′ E.; date of the original survey, April, 1930-August 31, 1934; and that of the subdivision survey, March 24, 1938. Cadastral Record No. 1961), situated in the barrio of Ban-euro, municipality of Naujan, Province of Mindoro. Bounded on the N. by provincial road; on the SE., by lot No. 4663-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lot No. 4664; and on the NW., by road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 59° 40′ W., 725.96 m., more or less, from M. B. M. No. 12, Naujan cadastre No. 200 Ext., thence N. 40° 23′ W., 55.83 m. to point "2;" thence N. 49° 29′ E., 173.33 m. to point "3;" thence N. 50° 01′ E., 201.35 m. to point "4;" thence N. 49° 59′ E., 138.29 m. to point "5;" thence S. 89° 53′ E., 17.42 m. to point "6;" thence S. 23° 15′ W., 200.00 m. to point "7;" thence S. 22° 40′ W., 180.19 m. to point "8;" thence S. 23° 15′ W., 200.00 m. to point "9;" thence N. 42° 17′ W., 216.75 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of seventy-five thousand five (75,005) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2," "3," "5," and "9" are marked by old B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments; point "4," by stake; and the rest, by P. L. S. cylindrical concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 0° 48′ E., date of the original survey, April, 1930-August 31, 1934; and that of the subdivision survey, March 24, 1938.
