Proclamation No. 441

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BUYUN AND PADDAYA, MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Buyun and Paddaya, municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16072 (Swo-14689), to wit:

Lot No. 5 = Lot No. 6, Psu-48607.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16072, sheet No. 1, S. 33° 58′ E. 1,646.81 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Maddalero, municipality of Buguey, thence N. 46° 09′ W. 116.92 m. to point 2; N. 53° 56′ E. 108.61 m. to point 3; S. 39° 16′ E. 110.56 m. to point 4; S. 51° 03′ W. 94.43 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 11,472 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 3, and 4, P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and southwest, by barrio road; and on the northwest, by property of Petronilo Serrano.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 06′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16072, sheet No. 1 (Swo-14689, sheet No. 5).

NOTE.—Lot No. 5 is identical with lot No, 6, Psu-48607, as surveyed for the same applicant hereof.

Lot No. 7.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16072,’sheet No. 2,-N. 76° 48′ E. 532.81 m., more or less, from M. B. M. No. 2, Aparri cadastre, thence S. 68° 20′ E., 174.28 m. to point 2; S. 19° 30′ W. 65.38 m. to point 3; S. 13° 45′ W. 57.83 m. to point 4; N. 74° 10′ W. 176.67 m. to point 5; N. 18° 56′ E. 50.28 m. to point 6; N. 17° 31′ E. 90.57 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 22,871 square meters.

All corners are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by sandy seashore of Babuyan Channel; on the southeast, by properties of Prudencio Mape and Isabel Tumaru; on the southwest, by property of Julian Calabiao; and on the northwest, by properties of Marcelino Aytuna and Pascual Tierro.
