Proclamation No. 432

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 514, DATED NOVEMBER 7, 1932, AND RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Five hundred and fourteen, dated November seventh, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, the following parcel of land situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-164, to wit:

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-164, N. 89° 58′ E. 921.79′ m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Puerto Princesa cadastre, thence S. 13° 23′ W., 75.75 m. to point 2; S. 0° 36′ W., 110.82 m. to point 3; S. 0° 19′ W., 163.50 m. to point 4; N. 80° 27′ W. 95.62 m. to point 5; N. 5° 41′ E., 159.41 m. to point 6; N. 4° 52′ E. 178.87 m. to point 7; S. 86° 55′ E. 83.10 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2.8035 hectares.

Bounded on the north by lot No. 169-B; on the east, by property claimed by Lucio Tatoy and lot No. 3; on the south, by Calle Filipino; and on the west, by street.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 20′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-164.

Surveyed, July 5, 22, and 23, 1930.

Approved: October 9, 1931.

NOTE.—Lot No. 2 = Lot No. 187 additional of Puerto Princesa cadastre No. 37.

As per resolution No. 19, dated March 24, 1930.

All corners not otherwise described are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
