MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 421 RESERVING FOR PLANT PROPAGATION STATION PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DIGOS, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaint propagation station purposes, under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Digos, municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-458, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-458, S. 77° 14′ W. 1,258.89 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 62, Santa Cruz cadastre No. 275, thence N. 42° 57′ E. 251.16 m. to point 2; N. 23° 55′ E. 7.84 m. to point 3; N. 42° 59′ E. 247.68 m. to point 4; N. 41° 41′ E. 58.74 m. to point 5; N. 42° 45′ E. 449.98 m. to point 6; S. 47° 06′ E. 400.68 m. to point 7; S. 42° 24′ W. 2521.10 m. to point 8; S. 42° 32′ W. 249.84 m. to point 9; S. 42° 20′ W. 250.48 m. to point 10; S. 41° 48′ W. 262.51 m. to point 11; N. 46° 26′ W. 205.67 m. to point 12; N. 47° 49′ W. 201.98 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 408,687 square meters. Point 5, galvanized iron spike on tree; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by Davao-Cotabato national highway; on the southeast, by road; on the southwest, by lots Nos. 2384 and 2383; and on the northwest, by lot No. 2399, road and lots Nos. 2411 and 2491. Bearings true. Declination, 1° 50′ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-458. Surveyed: March 31, April 5 and 7, and May 27, 1937. Approved: April 25, 1939.
