Proclamation No. 415

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PALESTINA, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Palestina, municipality of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-397, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-397, S. 42° 15′ E. 995.15 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 21, San Jose cadastre No. 66, thence N. 83° 25′ E. 108.80 m. to point 2; S. 15° 41′ E. 92.00 m. to point 3; S. 83° 10′ W. 112.14 m. to point 4; N. 13° 35′ W. 92.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1.0064 hectares.

Points 1 and 2, old B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 4003; on the southeast, by lot No. 4318; on the southwest, by lot No. 4289; and on the northwest, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 42′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-397.

Surveyed: September 19, 1938.

NOTE.—This is lot No. 4395, a portion of lot No. 3479 of San Jose cadastre No. 66, case No. 3.

Lot No. 3479 was declared public land on July 13, 1925.
