MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 414 RESERVING FOR PARK PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF CAVITE, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park purposes, under the administration of the Province of Cavite, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the poblacion, municipality of Cavite, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-229, to wit: Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-229, N. 78° 08′ W., 63.52 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cavite Cadastre No. 11, thence S. 39° 12′ W. 12.31 m. to point 2; S. 38° 25′ W. 5.36 m. to point 3; S. 15° 20′ W. 6.09 m. to point 4; S. 9° 30′ W. 15.45 m. to point 5; S. 0° 32′ E. 8.42 m. to point 6; N. 78° 27′ W. 2.35 m. to point 7; N. 13° 57′ W. 40.37 m. to point 8; N. 13° 43′ W. 42.45 m. to point 9; S. 87° 47′ E. 2.93 m. to point 10; S. 13° 46′ E. 42.76 m. to point 11; N. 80° 32′ E. 24.51 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Lot No, 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-229, S. 32° 49′ W. 149 89 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cavite Cadastre No. 11, thence S. 62° 04′ W. 62.54 m. to point 2; N. 10° 11′ E. 20.22 m. to point 3; N. 88° 50′ E., 34.73 m. to point 4; N. 70° 30′ E. 22.40 m. to point 5; S. 15° 26′ E. 15.59 m. to point 6; S. 72° 52′ W. 3.46 m, to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 1,022 square meters. Point 1, B. L. concrete monument; point 2, SE. corner of base of concrete post of sea wall; point 3, intersection; and the rest are old B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 3; on the southeast, by provincial road; on the west, by Cañacao Bay; and on the northwest, by lot No. 3. Lot No. 3.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-229, N. 63° 00′ W. 111.62 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cavite cadastre No. 11, thence S. 13° 43′ E. 42.45 m. to point 2; S. 13° 57′ E. 40.37 m. to point 3; S. 78° 27′ E. 2.35 m. to point 4: S. 0° 32′ E. 89.46 m. to point 5; S. 14° 37′ W. 5.47 m. to point 6; N. 15° 26′ W. 15.59 m. to point 7; S. 70° 30′ W. 22.40 m. to point 8; S. 58° 50′ W. 34.73 m. to point 9; N. 10° 11′ E. 189.04 m. to point 1, point of beginning. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 1; on the east, by provincial road; on the southeast and southwest, by lot No. 2; and on the west, by Cañacao Bay. Bearings true.
