MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 403 RESERVING FOR PLAZA PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Glan, Cotabato, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipal district of Glan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-351, to wit: Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-451, which is identical with B. L. B. M. No. 1, municipal district of Glan, thence North 90.00 m. to point 2; East 95.00 m. to point 3; South 90.00 m. to point 4; West 95.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.8550 hectare. Bounded on all sides, by street. Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-451, which is identical with B. L. B. M. No. 2 and East 210.00 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, municipal district of Glan, thence West 95.00 m. to point 2; North 90.00 m. to point 3; East 95.00 m. to point 4; South 90.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.8550 hectare. Bounded on the north, east, south, and west, by street. Bearings true. Declination, 1° 50’ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-451. Surveyed: During 1914. Approved: November 1, 1937. NOTE.—All corners not otherwise described are old P. L. S/B. L. concrete monuments. Lot No. 1 = Lot No. 159 of Glan townsite, Ac-9. Lot No. 2 = Lot No. 209 of Glan townsite, Ac-9. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
