Proclamation No. 388

RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-465, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-465, N. 45° 35′ E. 761.86 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cebu Reclaimed Area Pls-75, thence S. 59° 05′ E. 75.12 m. to point 2; S. 28° 19′ W. 46.33 m. to point 3; N. 58° 32′ W. 75.15 m. to point 4; N. 28° 18′ E. 45.63 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.3450 hectare.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 2; on the southeast and southwest, by street; and on the northwest, by proposed Mandawe Boulevard.

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-465, N. 45° 35′ E. 761.86 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cebu Reclaimed Area Pls-75, thence N. 28° 18′ E. 47.12 m. to point 2; S. 60° 22′ E. 75.07 m. to point 3; S. 28° 19′ W. 48.83 m. to point 4; N. 59° 05′ W. 75.12 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.3601 hectare.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 3; on the southeast, by street; on the southwest, by lot No. 2; and on the northwest, by proposed Mandawe Boulevard.

Lot No. 3.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-465; N. 43° 42′ E. 852.50 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cebu Reclaimed Area Pls-75, thence S. 61° 40′ E. 75.07 m. to point 2; S. 28° 19′ W. 48.82 m. to point 3; N. 60° 22′ W. 75.07 m. to point 4; N. 28° 18′ E. 47.13 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.3600 hectare.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast by street; on the southwest, by lot No. 2; and on the northwest, by proposed Mandawe Boulevard.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 30′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-465.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
