RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE PHILIPPINE ARMY BLOCKS NOS. 172, 175, AND 178, MANILA RECLAMATION AREA NO. 1, MANILA HARBOR, CITY OF MANILA.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from settlement and reserve for the use of the Philippine Army, under the administration of its Chief of Staff, blocks numbered one hundred and seventy-two, one hundred and seventy-five, and one hundred and seventy-eight (blocks numbered seventy-two, seventy-five, and seventy-eight, respectively, of the old plan) of the Manila Reclamation Area Numbered One, Manila Harbor, City of Manila, subject to the provisions of Executive Order Numbered Two hundred and thirty-five, series of nineteen hundred and thirty.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this eleventh day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
