MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 380 RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CATABANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF RAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-69669-Amd-2, to wit: Lot No. 13.—A parcel of land (lot No. 13 of the amendment-subdivision plan Psu-69669-Amd-2, being a portion of the land described on the original plan Psu-69669-Amd., G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur. Bounded on the NE. and SE. by lot No. 1-new of the amendment-subdivision plan; and on the SW. and NW., by lot No. 6 of plan Psu-69669-Amd. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 82° 12′ E., 2,655.06 meters, more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Ragay; thence S. 5° 31′ E., 150.00 m. to point "2;" thence S. 84° 29′ W., 14.99 m. to point "3;" thence N. 5° 31′ W., 150.00 m. to point "4;" thence N. 84° 29′ E., 14.99 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand two hundred forty-eight (2,248) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "4" are marked by P. L. S./M.; R. concrete monuments, 18 cm. diameter by 72 cm.; and points "2" and "3" by P. L. S./M. R. concrete monuments, 15 cm. diameter by 60 cm.; bearings true; declination 0° 54′ E.; date of the original survey, August 6-9, 1929; and that of the amendment-subdivision survey, May 25-27, and October 4, 1937. Cadastral Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Eagay, Province of Camarines Sur. Bounded on the NE. and NW. by lot No. 6 of plan Psu-69669-Amd. and on the SE. and SW., by lot No. 7-new of the amendment-subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 81° 59′ E., 2,611.00 meters, more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Ragay; thence S. 5° 31′ E., 150.00 m. to point "2;" thence S. 84° 29′ W., 15.00 m. to point "3;" thence N. 5° 31′ W., 150.00 m. to point "4;" thence N. 84° 29′ E., 15.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand two hundred fifty (2,250) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "4" are marked by P. L. S./M. R. concrete monuments, 18 cm. diameter by 72 cm., and points "2" and "3" by P. L. S./M. R. concrete monuments, 15 cm. diameter by 60 cm.; bearings true; declination 0° 54′ E.; date of the original survey, August 6-9, 1929; and that of the amendment-subdivision survey, May 25-27 and October 4, 1937.
