ALLOTTING FREQUENCIES AND WAVELENGTHS TO THE PHILIPPINE PRESS WIRELESS, INC., AND ISSUING A LICENSE FOR THE USE THEREOF.
By virtue of the powers granted me by section five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred eighty-six, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, do hereby allot to the Philippine Press Wireless, Inc., the following frequencies and wavelengths, and license it to use such frequencies and wavelengths for the wireless transmission of wordage, picture, or other matter intended for publication, either in the public press or by means of broadcast radionews to points designated:

It is understood that the authority granted herein does not authorize the Philippine Press Wireless, Inc., to establish and/or operate radio stations under Act Numbered Three thousand eight hundred forty-six, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred sixty-five.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
