Proclamation No. 363

REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 82, DATED NOVEMBER 8, 1917

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby revoke Executive Order Numbered Eighty-two, dated November eighth, nineteen hundred and seventeen, and open the land, reserved thereby to disposition under the provisions of the said Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set, my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-fourth day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, and, of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
