Proclamation No. 324

RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LUCLUCAN, MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE PAÑGANIBAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Luclucan, municipality of Jose Pañganiban, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-453-D, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-453-D, N. 36° 29′ W., 3,134.64 meters, more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Jose Pañganiban; thence S. 68° 18′ W., 70.00 m. to point "2;" thence N. 21° 42′ W., 43.50 m. to point "3;" thence N. 68° 18′ E., 70.00 m. to point "4;" thence S. 21° 42′ E., 43.50 m. to point "1," point of beginning.

Containing an area of three thousand forty-five (3,045) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, point "1" is marked by rail 1 meter above water at low tide; and points "2" to "4" inclusive, by X on boulders under water at high tide.

Bounded on the NE. by proposed road 10 m. wide; on the SE., by public land; on the SW., by wharf (under construction) 20.50 m. wide; and on the NW., by rock causeway (under construction) 10.40 m. wide.

Bearings true; declination, 0° 48′ E.
