MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 319 RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LAGAUE, MUNICIPALITY OF BURNAY, SUB-PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Bounded on the northeast, by public land claimed by Binnaliw, properties of Lunag Madaoat, Aydennan, Kalingayan, Manoddon and Lunag Madaoat; on the east, by creek (no name) and properties of Bantuwey, Boliyo Kalingayan and Lunag Telay; on the southeast, by property of Bolonan and horse trail; on the south, by horse trail; on the southwest, by bank protection of Ibulao River and properties of Bolonan, Bandao, Kalingayan and Boliyo; and on the northwest, by creek (no name) and properties of Baggao, Ma-tagyo, Manangpa, Boliyo, Baggao, Togak and public land claimed by Binnaliw.
