MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 304 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATIONS OF PROCLAMATION NO 53, SERIES OF 1936, AND FORESTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2-804, DATED JANUARY 2, 1936, AND OPENING TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 137, A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAORASAN, MUNICIPALITY OF NABUA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section fourteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-seven, I hereby exclude from the operations of Proclamation Numbered Fifty-three, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and Forestry Administrative Order Numbered Two-eight hundred four, dated January second, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and open to disposition under the provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-seven, the following parcel of land situated in the barrio of Caorasan, municipality of Nabua, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon, and described on plan No. Mso-1, to wit: "Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan No. Mso-1, being S. 20° 56′ E., 3,324.00 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio Itagnon, municipality of Bula, through H-96591; thence N. 33° 34′ E., 816.60 m. to point 2; thence N. 33° 34′ E., 143.37 m. to point 3; thence S. 15° 46′ E., 177.68 m. to point 4; thence S. 15° 46′ E., 71.98 m. to point 5; thence S. 13° 23′ E., 310.41 m. to point 6; thence 68° 00′ E., 178.11 m. to point 7; thence S. 68° 00′ E., 186.89 m. to point 8; thence S. 68° 00′ E., 160.00 m. to point 9; thence S. 68° 00′ E., 453.11 m. to point 10; thence S. 22 00′ W., 490.04 m. to point 11; thence S. 68° 00′ W., 800.00 m. to point 12; thence N. 68° 00′ W., 703.09 m. to the point of beginning. "Containing an area of 80.9242 hectares. "All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground points ‘1’, ‘2,’ ‘4,’ ‘5,’ and ‘7’ are marked by ‘X’ on rock, 30 by 30 by 70 cm.; point ‘3’ by nail in ‘X’ on batobato tree, 25 cm. diameter; point ‘6’ by nail in X’ on anang tree, 30 cm. diameter; point ‘8’ by nail in ‘X’ on apitong tree, 30 cm. diameter; point ‘9’ by nail in ‘X on nato tree, 45 cm. diameter; point ’10’ by ‘X’ on pili tree, 20 cm. diameter; and points ’11’ and ’12’ by concrete monuments, 25 by 25 cm. on top, 35 by 35 cm. at base by 80 cm. long. "Bounded on the northeast, by public land (portions of Caridad Placer Claim, Pla-6, and Diligencia Placer Claim, Pla-7); southeast, by public land (portion of Nabua Forest Reserve, Fr-64); southwest, by public land (portion of Nabua Forest Reserve, Fr-64); northwest, by public land (portion of Caridad Placer Claim, Pla-6). "Bearings true. Declination, 0° 53′ E. Surveyed, January 10 to February 13, 1938. "Approved: March 18, 1938." The cutting, removal, and disposal of the timber shall be under the Bureau of Forestry and that any time that the area shall be abandoned for mining purposes, the same shall revert to as part of the Nabua Forest Reserve. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
