MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 254 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 45, SERIES OF 1906, AND RESERVING FOR MILITARY TRAINING SITE PURPOSES, A TRACT OF LAND IN THE MUNICPALITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Forty-five, series of nineteen hundred and six, and reserve for military training site purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, a parcel of land situated in the municipality of Masbate, Province of Masbate, Island of Masbate, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan SWO-7129-Amd., to wit: A parcel of land lot No. 1 of the amendment subdivision plan SWO-7129-Amd, being a portion of lot No. 1 of plan Swo-7129, G.L.R.O. Record No. ), situated in the poblacion, municipality of Masbate, Province of Masbate. Bounded on the NE., by property of Jose Tiongson; on the SE., by Masbate Air Port; on the SW., by lot No. 3 of the amendment-subdivision plan; and on the NW., by properties of the provincial government of Masbate (provincial building site) and Sotero Medina. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 72° 04’ E., 1,069.22 m., more or less, from B.L.L.M. No. 2 municipality of Masbate, thence S. 12° 04’ 40´E., 274.56m. to point "2;" thence S. 43° 07’ W., 50.65 m. to point "3;" thence N. 56° 20’ W., 162.29 m. to point "4;" thence N. 55° 49’ W., 192.35 m. to point "5;" thence N. 61° 08’ E., 80.35 m. to point "6;" thence N. 71° 09’ 30" E., 212.45 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of fifty thousand one (50,001) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1;" "2," and "6" are marked by old P.L.L.M. concrete monuments (top diameter); and points "3," "4," and "5," by B.L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1° 04’ E., date of the original survey, March 29-30, 1906, and that of the amendment-subdivision survey, May 18, 1937.
