Proclamation No. 247

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMIAN SITUTED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTA FE, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF IMUGAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Imugan, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Santa Fe, municipal district of Imugan, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr—368, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-368, N. 68° 29’ E. 21.04 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 2 barrio of Santa Fe, municipal district of Imugan, thence S. 31° 53’ W. 100.01 m. to point 2; N. 58° 07’ W. 99.99 m. to point 3; N. 31° 53’ E. 100.01 m to point 4; S. 58° 07’ E. 99.99 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1.0000 hectare.

All corners are B.L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by public land and creek (no name); on the southeast, by provincial road; and on the southwest and northwest, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 49’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-368.

Surveyed: August 9-10, 1934.

Approved: October 20, 1937.
