RESERVING FOR FOREST PURPOSES LOT NO. 3210 (NOW LOT NO. 4313) OF THE CALAMBA ESTATE, LAGUNA
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-one of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty of the Philippine Commission, as amended by subsequent Acts of the Philippine Legislature, I hereby withdraw from sale, lease, or other disposition and reserve for forest purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry, Lot Numbered Three thousand two hundred ten (now Lot Numbered Pour thousand three hundred thirteen) of the Calamba Estate, Province of Laguna, containing an area of five hundred eighty and two thousand sixty-seven ten-thousandths hectares, which lot shall be included in the Makiling National Botanical Garden (now Makiling National Park, under Proclamation Numbered Five hundred fifty-two, dated February twenty-third, nineteen hundred and thirty-three).
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-first day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
