MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 153 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MABINI, MUNICIPALITY OF TAVALERA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Mabini, municipality of Talavera, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-5131 to wit: Lot No. 1280-A (Mabini School Site). – A parcel of land (lot No. 1280-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-5131, being a portion of lot No. 1280 of the cadastral survey of Vaca Valley, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 251), situated in the barrio of Mabini, municipal of talavera, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the N., E., S., and W., by lot No. 1280-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 84˚ 44’ E., 878.70 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 16, Vaca Valley cadastre, thence N. 89˚ 55’ E., 77.92 m. to point "2;" thence S.3˚ 11’ W., 81.37 m. to point "3;" thence N. 89˚ 37’ W., 73.09 m. to point "4;" thence N. 0˚ 13’ W., 80.65 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six thousand one hundred twelve square meters (6,112), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 0˚ 30’ E., date of the original survey, June 1915-December, 1917, and that of the subdivision survey, December 7, 1935. Note. – Lot No. 1280-A = lot No. 1477 of Valley cadastre NO. 53, case No. 1. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
