Proclamation No. 146

RESERVING FOR MARKET PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14728, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan SWO-14728, S. 69˚ 53’ W. 410.47 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Malaybalay, Bukidnon, thence N. 62˚ 16’ E. 126.36 m. to point 2; S. 2˚ 19’ W. 24.96 m. to point 3; S. 16˚ 15’ E. 22.27 m. to point 4; S. 58˚ 57’ W. 96.85 m. to point 5; N. 42˚ 19’ W. 50.65 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,060 square meters.

Point 1, old P. L. S. on stone monument; points 2, 3, 4, and 5, P. L. S. on stone monuments.

Bounded on the east, by provincial road; on the southeast, by proposed municipal road; on the southwest, by Sawaga River; and on the northwest, by lot No. 3 of plan Psu-8914 (the provincial government of Bukidnon, school site).

Bearings true. Declination, 3˚ 13’E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14728.
