RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF MAGDUG AND NANGAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SURUP, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Magdug and Nangan, municipal district of Surup, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Swo-14747 and Psu-43563, to wit:
Lot No. 1. Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo14747, N. 9˚ 18 E. 2,913.87 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Luzon, municipality of Sigaboy, thence N. 50˚ 46 W. 85.22 m. to point 2; N. 5˚ 08 E. 131.75 m. to point 3; N. 5˚ 11 E. 247.95 m. to point 4; S. 68˚ 31 E. 225.22 m. to point 5; S. 89˚ 19 E. 148.84 m. to point 6; S. 1˚ 50 E. 303.01 m. to point 7; S. 82˚ 23 W. 339.29 m. to point 1, of beginning.
Containing an area of 134,688 square meters.
Point 1, old P. L. S. concrete monument; points 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, P. L. S. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Amadeo Matute and Macalua (Manobo); on the east, by property of Masogoy (Manobo); on the southeast, by public land; and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Amadeo Matute.

No.2, barrio of Surup, municipality of Sigaboy, thence N. 49˚ 28 E. 199.34 m. to point 2; S. 41˚ 38 E. 421.09 m. to point 3; S. 89˚ 27 W. 337.38 m. to point 4; N. 26˚ 30 W. 210.52 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 73, 903 square meters.
Points 1, 2, 3, and 4, P. L. S. concrete monuments.
Bounded on all sides, by public land.
