MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 99 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LIBUNGAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw form sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Sinawingan, municipal district of Libungan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-10750, to wit: Lot No. 2968-A, Sinawingan school site.—A parcel of land (lot No. 2968 of the cadastral survey of Dulauan, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 599), situated in the barrio of Sinawingan, municipal district of Libungan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the north, by lot No. 6969-A of the subdivision plan; and on the southeast, and southwest, by lot No. 2968-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 42ْ 42’ W., 1,338.75 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 78, Dulauan cadastre, thence S. 33ْ 43’ W., 98.50 m. to point "2"; thence N. 37ْ 18’ W., 104.1 m. to point "3"; thence S. 89ْ 33’ E., 117.81 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of four thousand eight hundred fifty-two (4,852) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and, on the ground, are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments. Bearings true; declination, 1ْ 53’ E.; date of the original survey, October, 1920 to July, 1923 and that of the subdivision survey, July 4 and 5, 1934. Lot No. 2969-A, Sinawingan school site.—A parcel of land (lot No. 2969-A of the subdivision plan Psd-10750, being a portion of lot No. 2969 of the cadastral survey of Dulauan, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 599), situated in the barrio of Sinawangan, municipal district of Libungan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 2968-A of the subdivision plan; and on the west, by road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 42ْ 42’ W., 1,338.75 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 78, Dulauan cadastre, thence N. 89ْ 33’ W., 117.81 m. to point "2"; thence N. 1ْ 13’ W., 86.52 m. to point "3"; thence S. 53ْ 51’ E., 148.18 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of five thousand ninety-four (5,094) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and on the ground, points 1 and 2 are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments; and point 3, by P. L. S. concrete monument. Bearings true; declination, 1ْ 53’ E., date of the original survey, October, 1920 to July, 1923 and that of the subdivision survey, July 4 and 5, 1934.
