MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 28, November 29, 2011 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF WELLNESS EMPOWERMENT SEMINARS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR THE PERSONNEL OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (OP) – PROPER In line with the policy of OP to maintain a productive human resource component through a holistic wellness empowerment program for its personnel, all OP – Proper officials and employees are hereby directed to participate in the 6-session Introductory Wellness Empowerment Seminars that will be held on December 5–7, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Mabini Social Hall, as well as in all the succeeding wellness activities that will be developed and prepared thereafter. The Human Resource Management Office is hereby directed to strategically schedule the participation of all OP personnel in the said seminars and related activities so as not to disrupt service delivery and the usual office routines.
