MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 26, November 15, 2011 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF LECTURE ON DEVELOPMENTS IN AGRARIAN REFORM LAW IMPLEMENTATION AND THE ATTENDANCE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (Proper) LAWYERS AS PART OF THE MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) The Legal Affairs Office (LAO), as an accredited MCLE Provider, will be holding an MCLE Activity on November 18, 2011, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Mabini Social Hall, Malacañang, Manila. The MCLE Lecture, “Developments in Agrarian Reform Law Implementation,” will be given by Secretary Virgilio De los Reyes of the Department of Agrarian Reform. In this connection, all heads of departments, offices, and units in the Office of the President Proper shall authorize their respective lawyers who confirmed their attendance, to attend and participate in the said MCLE Activity on official time, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices, as well as, the delivery of services to the public.ᇈWᑭHIL (Sgd.)
