PROVIDING FOR A MORE EXPEDITIOUS PROCESSING OF THE PROMOTION PAPERS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE

To expedite the processing of promotion papers of the members of the Philippine National Police, the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government and Chairman of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), after obtaining the necessary recommendation from the Civil Service Commission, is hereby directed to submit his recommendation to the President directly through the Office of the Executive Secretary.1aшphi1

All issuances which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Memorandum Order are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
