AUTHENTICATION OFFICE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT FOR EVERY SIGNATURE ON ANY OFFICIAL RECORD OR DOCUMENT IS HEREBY PRESCRIBED

Pursuant to Section 54, Chapter 12, Book IV of Executive Order No. 292 (the Administrative Code of 1987), Executive Order No. 159, dated 23 February 1994, and Executive Order No. 197, dated 13 January 2000, fee for services rendered by the Authentication Office of the Office of the President for every signature on any official record or document is hereby prescribed at Eighty Pesos (PhP80.00). Item No. 7 of Memorandum Order No. 199, dated 29 March 1994, is hereby amended accordingly.1âшphi11âшphi1

This Order shall take effect on 1 September 2004.
