The holding of simple activities in the Office of the President in observance of the 101st Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service in September, 2001, spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission, pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 20, s. 2001, with the theme: Katapatan, Kahusayan at Katatagan: Hamon sa Lingkod Bayan, is hereby authorized.
