CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINTS AGAINST ADMINISTRATOR PRUDENCIO M. REYES, JR., LOCAL WATER UTILITIES ADMINISTRATION
In view of the serious complaint for alleged extortion activities lodged against Administrator Prudencio M. Reyes Jr. of the Local Water Utilities Administration, a Committee is hereby created to investigate the said complaint, to be composed of:

The Committee shall have all the powers and prerogatives of an investigating committee under the Administrative Code of 1987, including the power to summon witnesses, administer oath or take testimony or evidence relevant to the investigation by subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum.1aшphi1
The Committee is hereby empowered to call upon and secure the assistance of any department, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government corporations, in the performance of its duties and discharge of its functions.
The Committee shall conduct the investigation in the most expeditious manner and shall submit its report and recommendation to the President not later than fifteen (15) days from issuance of this Order.
