CREATING A COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT A FORMAL INVESTIGATION ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT OF CEBU PORT AUTHORITY COMMISSIONERS CERECIO R. MAPULA, ET AL., AGAINST ATTY. TOMAS A. RIVERAL, MEMBER, CEBU PORT COMMISSION
There is hereby created a Committee to conduct a formal investigation on the administrative complaint of Cebu Port Authority Commissioners Cerecio R. Mapula, et al., against Atty. Tomas A. Riveral, member, Cebu Port Commission, to be composed of the following:
The Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Communications or any of his representatives |

The General Manager of the Philippine Ports Authority or any of his representative |

Atty. Leonides Quirante Board Secretary Cebu Port Authority |

The Committee shall have the powers and prerogatives of an investigation committee provided under the Administrative Code of 1987, including the power to summon witnesses, administer oath or take testimony or evidence relevant to the investigation by subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum. The Committee is hereby empowered to call upon any department, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as may be necessary for the accomplishment of its task.1aшphi1
The Committee shall submit its report and recommendation to the Office of the President, thru the Executive Secretary, within thirty (30) days after completion of its investigation.
