Pursuant to the various directives of the President and the general functions of the Oversight Committee on the Presidents Bridge Program as contained in the Memorandum Order No. 116 s. 2000 the following personnel are designated to manage the PBP-TWG Technical Staff as:

The primary function of the above named personnel is to manage the conduct of day to day operations following the policy directives of the Oversight Committee on the Presidents Bridge Program as directed through DES Ernesto P. Martinez, TWG Vice Chairman and Head of Secretariat and Program Adviser, Mr. Teodorico T. Haresco.1aшphi1
The aforementioned personnel are entitled to allowances and other benefits drawn from the TWG operating funds from projects of the PBP strictly adhering to existing government rules and regulations.
