AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF SPECIAL ACTIVITIES IN OBSERVANCE OF THE MONTH-LONG CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF THE PHILIPPINE CIVIL SERVICE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

In observance of the Philippine Civil Service Centennial Celebration under Presidential Proclamation No. 313 dated May 22, 2000 and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 9, s. 2000, spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the National Steering Committee (NSC) of the Philippine Civil Service Centennial Program (PCSCP), with the theme – 100 Years of Service: Philippine Civil Service at its Best, Mamamayan Muna, the holding of the following Special Activities in the Office of the President, is hereby authorized with expenses to be incurred in connection therewith, pursuant to Sec. 6 of the above-stated Proclamation:
