AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF ACTIVITIES IN OBSERVANCE OF THE 99TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PHILIPPINE CIVIL SERVICE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
The holding of Program of Activities in the Office of the President is hereby authorized, pursuant to Civil Service Commission Circular No. 10, s. 1999, enjoining all heads of government agencies of the national and local governments, including government-owned and controlled corporations and state universities and colleges in the observance of the 99th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service, with the theme “Serbisyo Sibil: Bagong Sigla sa Bagong Siglo.” Authorized, too, is the payment of moderate expenses to be incurred in connection therewith, chargeable against appropriate funds from the Office of the President and the Presidential Management Staff. Said activities will consist of the following:
