APPOINTING THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON THE URBAN POOR AS THE VICE-CHAIRPERSON OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-POVERTY COMMISSION REPRESENTING THE GOVERNMENT SECTOR

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, do hereby appoint the Chairperson of the Presidential Commission on the Urban Poor as the Vice-Chairperson of the National Anti-Poverty Commission representing the government sector. With this appointment, the Chairperson of the PCUP shall have the rank of Cabinet Secretary.1aшphi1

This Order takes effect immediately.
