CONSTITUTING AN INTERIM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-POVERTY COMMISSION
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, do hereby constitute an Interim Executive Committee of the National Anti-Poverty Commission, as follows:

The Interim Executive Committee shall ensure that the nominations for sectoral representatives are submitted immediately in accordance with R.A. 8425. As soon as the sectoral representatives are appointed and the NAPC is convened, the Interim Executive Committee shall cease to exist.
This Order takes effect immediately.
