MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 29, October 20, 1998 ] DIRECTING THE CONSOLIDATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF NATIONAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND AGENCIES, EXCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES In order to implement a rational policy of management of land resources of the government and to allow for a maximum utilization of these resources, all national government agencies and offices, excluding government-owned and/or controlled corporations and local government units, are hereby directed to submit to the President, through the Executive Secretary, a list of all real properties in their name for consolidation in the name of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines. The Land Registration Authority is likewise directed to identify from their records and submit a list of all real properties owned and registered in the name of all national government offices and agencies, excluding government-owned and controlled corporations and local governments, to the President through the Executive Secretary.1aшphi1 A complete report shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days from issuance of this Order.
