SUBJECT	:	CONDUCT OF AN INSTITUTIONAL STUDY FOR BETTER ROADS

To ensure the efficient management of our road network which is vital for promoting the global competitiveness of Philippine business and for sustaining the socio-economic progress of the country, you are hereby directed to oversee the conduct and implementation of an institutional study for better roads and ensure that steps are taken towards the adoption of the recommended reforms. Towards this end, you shall coordinate with the concerned private sector organizations and other stakeholders for their inputs in the study.1aшphi1

You are further directed to present the studys final recommendation to Cabinet Cluster D (Physical Infrastructure Support Cluster) prior to its endorsement to the President and the Cabinet for approval.

Submit a monthly status report on the above instructions to my Office, through the Office of the Executive Secretary, copy furnished the Head, Presidential Management Staff and Cabinet Secretary.
