Memorandum Order No. 429, dated April 30, 1997, is hereby amended to authorize the conduct of the third in the three Series of the Course on Attitude and Courtesy Reinforcement Through Personality Development on August 25-29, 1997. The amount of Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P34,500.00) is hereby authorized to be disbursed from the allocation for training for the purpose.
