MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 438, August 4, 1997 ] The inter-agency personnel named as officers and members in Memorandum Order No. 415 pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 234, S. 94 creating the Presidential Task Force on Bridges, are hereby authorized to draw honoraria from the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Department of the Interior and Local Government for services rendered to the Task Force.1aшphi1 The amount of honoraria retroactive January 1, 1997 shall be set by the DPWH and DILG, subject to the usual auditing rules and regulations.
