[ Memorandum Order No. 426, April 15, 1997 ]

There is hereby created an Inter-Agency Task Force to study the various issues and policy implications involved in the human rights claims against the Marcos Estate. The Task Force shall be chaired by the Chairman, Presidential Commission on Good Government, with the following as members:

1. Representative, Office of the Executive Secretary	Member
2. Representative, Office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel	Member
3. Representative, Department of Foreign Affairs	Member
4. Representative, Office of the Solicitor General	Member

The Inter-Agency Task Force is hereby directed to convene immediately and to submit its recommendations not later than May 31, 1997.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
