CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY AND SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE ORTIGAS-PCGG SANDIGANBAYAN CASE

There is hereby created a Task Force to come out with a win-win solution pursuant to the government policy to maximize benefits and fast-track development in the Ortigas-PCGG Sandiganbayan case.

The Task Force shall be composed of the following:

Chairman	Chairman, Presidential Commission on Good Government
Members	Representative, Office of the Executive Secretary
	Representative, Department of Finance
	Representative, Committee on Privatization
	Representative, Office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel
	Representative, Office of the Solicitor General

The Task Force shall submit its progress report to the Office of the President not later than 31 January 1997.1aшphi1
