MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 412, January 9, 1997 ] CREATING A TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP TO STUDY AND SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE BODONG DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE, INC. TO PRIVATIZE, REHABILITATE, REOPEN AND DEVELOP THE BATONG BUHAY GOLD MINES, INC. In line with the governments privatization program, there is hereby created a Technical Working Group (TWG) to study and facilitate the proposal of the Bodong Development Cooperative, Inc. (BDCI) to privatize, rehabilitate, reopen and develop the Batong Buhay Gold Mines, Inc. (BBGMI) in Pasil, Kalinga. The TWG shall be composed of a representative from the Office of the Executive Secretary, as Chairman; two (2) representatives from the BDCI, who will be designated by its President; and two (2) representatives from the Asset Privatization Trust, to be designated by its Chief Executive Trustee, as members.1aшphi1 The TWG is hereby directed to submit its report and recommendations to the President, through the Office of the Executive Secretary, within three (3) months from the effectivity of this Memorandum.
