SUBJECT	Establishment of an Electronic Network in Science Education

In view of the need to accelerate the use of information technology and increase access to information in science education, you are hereby instructed to form a working group composed of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED), to formulate a Plan to establish an electronic network of institutions involved in science education including public and private high schools and colleges/universities.1aшphi1

The Plan shall be submitted on or before July 31, 1996 through the Science and Technology Coordinating Council (STCC), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Bicutan, Tagig, Metro Manila (Tel/Fax: 837-29-32).
