CREATION OF A NEW PREQUALIFICATION, BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE FOR THE REBIDDING OF THE TOPWEB PROJECT

To further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information transfer in the different Departments and offices of the government and, in the interest of the service, there is hereby created a new Prequalification Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) for the rebidding of the TOPWEB Project.

The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations to the President not later than 15 July 1996.1aшphi1
